It Could Be Better.... - Sales Assistant Iceland Foods Employee Review

I feel that they are very pushy with their weekly sales targets for Bonus Cars. The hours of work are ridiculous - it's like your underemployed. Great pay for a Retail Job but what's the point if your only given between 10 - 20 hours per week. Opportunities for progress towards other roles is not mentioned anywhere.
