Pros

There are some smart people that work here and they are generally good people when taken as individuals outside of the organization.

Cons

The organization is very dysfunctional. The board has frozen hiring people for a while. The business model is such that it will take them a while to generate enough revenue to hire enough people. leadership will work you into the ground and make you pretend you like it. DO NOT work for this shipwreck of a company. There are better places to land than this place.

Dear current employee, Did you know that Glassdoor has a list of requirements for us to gain "Open Company" status? I've copied this from their best practices for companies. "Requirement: Get at least 5 reviews from current employees per year." Of course, our goal is to have an environment where everyone feels free to take advantage of our Open Door culture to talk to management about concerns or suggestions. No one here is limited to speaking to only their direct manager. Please feel free to reach out to anyone, including the CEO.

Pros

We solve a complex and interesting business problem, we have great technology and the best solution on the market, and the team is phenomenal. There is a culture of teamwork from top to bottom. Nobody, starting with the CEO and permeating throughout the organization, hesitates to roll up their sleeves, get in the weeds and help solve problems. Everybody is welcome to and even expected to contribute thoughts and ideas to help the company grow and excel. Management is truly committed to trying to find the right balance between pushing for aggressive company growth and making sure the employees have rewarding and fulfilling professional and personal lives. Senior leadership is absolutely top notch.

Cons

Finding that professional/personal balance is a challenge in any environment and Iconixx is no exception. The pace is energetic and frantic and that can be exciting but also exhausting. In the name of efficiency the company is erring on the side of running a bit too lean, and maintaining a healthy level of resourcing has been elusive.
