Pros

Great product. Iconixx replaces much larger competitors very frequently. Great team of fun, talented professionals. High energy, Austin start-up Great leadership Customer bliss at the center of core values Great space. Front office software of great importance to C-level targets Great office location off Mopac Great benefits Friday lunches are a party! Hi-growth. Lots of opportunity for career advancement.

Cons

It's a classic Austin start-up culture, very exciting and vibrant, but not for everyone. If you come, you need to be all in, be prepared to jump in with both feet and be great. Secondary, lots of pluses.

Pros

We solve a complex and interesting business problem, we have great technology and the best solution on the market, and the team is phenomenal. There is a culture of teamwork from top to bottom. Nobody, starting with the CEO and permeating throughout the organization, hesitates to roll up their sleeves, get in the weeds and help solve problems. Everybody is welcome to and even expected to contribute thoughts and ideas to help the company grow and excel. Management is truly committed to trying to find the right balance between pushing for aggressive company growth and making sure the employees have rewarding and fulfilling professional and personal lives. Senior leadership is absolutely top notch.

Cons

Finding that professional/personal balance is a challenge in any environment and Iconixx is no exception. The pace is energetic and frantic and that can be exciting but also exhausting. In the name of efficiency the company is erring on the side of running a bit too lean, and maintaining a healthy level of resourcing has been elusive.
