Pros

Hardworking activation consultants are committed to providing customers with a minimally "functional" product, CEO has his heart in the right place and truly wants to provide an "exceptional" product that will make lives better, free lunch on Fridays

Cons

Daily sense of impending doom because the company was (and still is) a sinking ship, PM team is struggling due to the immaturity and deception of its leadership and inability manage relationships and resources, Activation team is overwhelmed and confused by daily priorities constantly shifting in order to "put out fires" - which is likely 'par for the course' in any startup environment

Pros

We solve a complex and interesting business problem, we have great technology and the best solution on the market, and the team is phenomenal. There is a culture of teamwork from top to bottom. Nobody, starting with the CEO and permeating throughout the organization, hesitates to roll up their sleeves, get in the weeds and help solve problems. Everybody is welcome to and even expected to contribute thoughts and ideas to help the company grow and excel. Management is truly committed to trying to find the right balance between pushing for aggressive company growth and making sure the employees have rewarding and fulfilling professional and personal lives. Senior leadership is absolutely top notch.

Cons

Finding that professional/personal balance is a challenge in any environment and Iconixx is no exception. The pace is energetic and frantic and that can be exciting but also exhausting. In the name of efficiency the company is erring on the side of running a bit too lean, and maintaining a healthy level of resourcing has been elusive.
