Pros
- Creative work environment. - Suggested if you're looking for an internship or looking for a role fresh out of college and garner experience. - Kelly, the Founder, has a very smart outlook on the company and is always open to working with her employees (unfortunately doesn't translate to all senior level)
Cons
I can not recommend. As mentioned, I felt Kelly always had a genuine interest in the company and her staff. However, it is very rare that anyone gets promoted or moves ahead when they are doing work that is above and beyond. The work is "busy work", but not interesting and sustainable for the long run. If you're mid or senior level in your career this will not be challenging enough. They are constantly asking for feedback but NEVER change. I promise you, this job is not worth it. Oh - and they just laid off SEVERAL employees.
