Cons
Pretty much every other thing about this company. If you are looking for a cool job, yes this is it, but it comes at a price. Lace up your Dr. Marten’s (trendy wardrobe required) and get ready to never do anything right. You are going to be micromanaged to a point that you will literally question your own work equality...when in fact you are most likely baller. Do not let the presence they’ve made for themselves on social media fool you, because newsflash - it’s what they do. It’s all smoke and mirrors and a completely mismanaged company. I made it just over a year, because I wouldn’t let myself quit before that point. Looking back, I should have left after three when I saw the red flags.
