Pros
- They are good at brainwashing. They make you believe in something bigger than yourself, all for it to be a mirage. - Depending on who you are, if you continue to not show up for your staff or clients, you will be protected - so try and work your way into being a favorite. - They always have a balloon arch for all party events.
Cons
- Management does not care about your well-being. - If you disagree with one of the core 7 folks that have been there for years, you will eventually be managed out / or laid off. - Management is catty, there is always gossip about you, your peers, and your clients. - The owner talks about how she wants to empower young women within her own city, but continuously hires young folks out of college to underpay them and manipulate them. - Folks are cold and malicious in her "coaching" and "leadership" attempts. - They always have a new excuse as to why you are being underpaid, but it never quite makes sense. - You are constantly being doubted/micromanaged even if you have proven your skill set. - Before working there, and in the first 3 months, you think people are exaggerating these reviews, but they all soon come into view as truth.
