Pros

Interning at Ideas that Evoke marked my fifth internship, and let me tell you, it outshone all the rest. Never before had I been in a workplace that not only respected my input but celebrated every victory, no matter how small, and genuinely invested in my personal and professional growth. My managers weren't just bosses, they were mentors who listened, empathized, and inspired. They didn't just offer feedback to me. They also sought feedback for themself to enhance their own managerial skills. There were endless opportunities to explore and expand my skills. My managers always asked if there was anything I wanted to learn or try, and everyone across the agency was always available for a coffee chat. Additionally, there were monthly "lunch and learns" that provided a platform for in-house experts and colleagues to offer fresh tips and tricks. For someone like me, still finding their footing in the professional realm, being surrounded by individuals genuinely invested in my success, whether within the company or beyond, was nothing short of extraordinary. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone eager to hone their skills in strategy, marketing, social media, content creation, and beyond.

Cons

Honestly none. I am appalled at so many of these other reviews. My experience was nothing short of amazing.

Pros

Easy interview, seemed like a great opportunity

Cons

I interviewed for this position back in November, and thought it went very well. Was supposed to hear back a while ago, I've sent emails and still nothing. It seemed like a great opportunity, and I'd much rather get a denial email then get ghosted by a company I really wanted to be apart of.
