Pros
Idera offers a great culture with amazing leadership. Open door policy at the highest levels and they reward their employees hard work with a one of the most aggressive comp plans in the industry. Its a fun yet challenging atmosphere with a true team spirit. Idera also boasts some of the best pre sales engineers I've ever worked with and that can make all the difference in competitive situations.

Unless you think having fun and making money are cons then not a whole lot I can say here.
