Pros

Not a one, maybe a few individuals that need to get the hell out of there too. I take that back, the SE team is the only good thing and they are extremely undervalued.

Cons

Everything, while working there myself and everyone experiences abuse - unless you are one of their prize ponies. There is a handful, probably not many anymore, that get to do what ever they want; work from home, straight up steal a deal from the rest, and get double the territory and accounts, but are not held to the daily metrics like the rest. The rest get shamed and threatened if not 100 dials, and exceeding the rest of their worthless metrics. Call blitzes weekly, with zero thought or consideration that these people just got over 15 emails and calls from us just last week. Customers, the poor customers, much like the employees are lied to and screwed over. Out of integrity and not being able to put my name behind IDERA - it was a no brainer to leave. If you’ve read this, PLEASE don’t take it as one disgruntled former employee - you will so regret ever ever working there. You and all that remain there except the management deserve better. Management is a soul sucker and verbally abusive. You’re threatened daily and lied to. They are the worst!! They would not be a manager anywhere else, one molecule away from physically being a steaming turd.

Pros

Flexible work schedule - remote first company Independence in your role, able to contribute advice and experience

Cons

No scheduled reviews or salary increases. NONE. Marketing budgets are pitifully small Too many non-marketing staff involved in marketing decisions - people without context, experience or background.
