The worst software company you can work for in 2019. They are notorious for acquiring companies and running them into the ground. C-level team does not care for their employees. Commission structures change multiple times through the year, do not take care of their veteran team, and no 401(k) match. Take a product that is a leader in the space then put no efforts into development causing the product to tank, in turn sales tanking. Quotas are incredibly high to where you will never attain them, and will never be able to make any sort of commissions. Management has no idea what they are doing, most have only been with the company 6-12 months. When you think things can’t get worse with Idera, they surprise you. Have never felt so undervalued and used by a company until Idera came and muddied the waters. Strongly urge to move on and keep looking elsewhere. The reviews speak for themselves.
