      Pros

      Engineering team is great and decent parties.

      Cons

      Management wants to underpay and over work all employees. no true growth, just a lot of hogwash. Customers get treated like garbage and management doesn't care. Wrong type of people in middle management.Y'all are destroying employee moral and culture. Best people have left the company. Now you wonder why you don't hit your obscenely high and unrealistic numbers.

      Flexible work schedule - remote first company Independence in your role, able to contribute advice and experience

      Cons

      No scheduled reviews or salary increases. NONE. Marketing budgets are pitifully small Too many non-marketing staff involved in marketing decisions - people without context, experience or background.
