No idea what to mention here.

Cons

Very bad management with a strange opinion on how a company should work. The strategy seems to be: purchase dev companies, lay-off most/all of the employees or annoy them until they leave by themselves and then squeeze the product until it's dead. As an employee you are treated very badly and you have no idea why to follow this bad management strategy.

No scheduled reviews or salary increases. NONE. Marketing budgets are pitifully small Too many non-marketing staff involved in marketing decisions - people without context, experience or background.
