They will expect you to turn dried up accounts into million dollar diamonds with zero resources or product improvements (one product took 2.5 years to push out a product update); Executive team will promote mediocre white men; When giving upper management your opinions and feedback it essentially means nothing and will be used against you; After you exit the company - management encourages the current employees to blame that person for all the mistakes creating a very toxic environment; No raises or bonuses or incentives to go over and above for the success of the company; The company will give you subpar equipment to work off of and will insist you use free software to conduct business. Sad considering its a software company with ~20 brands of development, cloud, and database programs.
