Move along! - Anonymous employee Idera, Inc. Employee Review

If you are coming to Glassdoor because the company you work for was just acquired by Idera....start looking for a new job! If you are here looking for a job, scroll on by. Idera is not a company for career growth or longevity. Idera merely wants to gobble up businesses for the software and nothing else. They DO NOT care about the employees they are taking on, in any way. They will string everyone along until they've had enough and quit (less cost to them). There are few managers who are caring and compassionate but this is not the norm. They pay well under the average for positions.
