Sure, why wouldn't you want to work somewhere that's excellent at: - 'acquiring and firing' - ignoring employees located in the Southern Hemisphere until they can find employment at a company that is aware they actually work for them - dismantling strategy, team infrastructure, and the knowledge behind and integrity of business models and products. If you're reading this because you were bought by Idera, the CEO would have already told you: he cares more about numbers than you. You don't exist in his mind, other than as a financial drain on his bottom line. You'll never hear from him again and his leadership team will spread fear and mistrust throughout your organisation until you all leave, so they won't have to pay out your redundancy packages. Leave with some dignity, on your own terms. Know your worth! And you're certainly worth more than Idera could ever offer you (which is basically F*all).
