WOW. where do I start. I had a helicopter boss from day one. I was positioned in a manager role. but my boss was holding my hand the entire time I was there. asking about tasks and duties the he assigned to me multiple times a day when I barley had the time to work on the other projects he was giving me in the first place. No trust whatsoever, why hire me in the first place??? Did not even want to put in the efforts - decided on letting me go after 7 months... who does that? AND During the christmas holiday season. Terrible outlook. Set sales goals, when I am not even a sales person for this company. He was very strict on those goals even thought it was not even part of my job to be a sales person in this position. he was online and checking up on me all through out the night hours, not even letting me spend time with my family on multiple occasions - such as requested to do projects or check on something at 7,8,9 sometimes even 10pm or 11pm at night. If you want a boss that will be up your butt all the time then go ahead and apply.
