      Pros

      So I worked for one of the smaller brands under the Idera brand of DevOps Tools. I enjoyed working with my coworkers and my opinions led to direct action.

      Cons

      Idera criminally underpays their employees. Additionally, if you work for one of the smaller brands, you more or less get ignored completely. HR is a pain to get answers out of. Compliance just ignores requests that would lead to closed deals.

      Flexible work schedule - remote first company Independence in your role, able to contribute advice and experience

      Cons

      No scheduled reviews or salary increases. NONE. Marketing budgets are pitifully small Too many non-marketing staff involved in marketing decisions - people without context, experience or background.
