Pros
I've been really enjoying being part of this company. The work ethic and how everyone communicates really feels like a family where everyone is professional. Working remotely also gives you the possibility to organize your day and spend more hours being efficient and productive instead of just getting ready to leave the house and go to work, which is something I like. Everything runs smoothly.
Cons
There's a con that is also a pro: being remote. Even though it gives you a lot of freedom, sometimes it's hard to not have a place to go to work besides your living room. The company often organizes days together as a team to spend time together and guarantee there's a good flow, brainstorming, etc.
