Growing very rapidly, executive team is determined to execute and well informed in the industry. Our team of executives come from senior and or executive positions in Netapp, Isilon, and EMC, so they understand customer needs. Many of our engineers come from Amazon and Microsoft. Sales guys are a bunch of hard-hitters, and very driven with knowledge in the industry. I believe in the team. Dog friendly place, great office, opportunity to stand out and help the teams continue to grow.
Cons
Expect to move fast, and depending on your role (if new role) be ready to learn through trial and error. This is a start up, so come with that mindset, but be ready to execute. Obvious con is things change rapidly, your role could change as the team grows, so be ready for that as well. If you have a good outlook and can communicate well with others this shouldn't be much of a problem.
