Pros

good product that is changing the bio-tech world

Cons

-lots of managers clearly ladder climbing a corporate ladder -executive leaders send emails about holding on to the monopoly power -lots of managers that are yes men/women to the people above them (limit creativity of employees) -little listening & low support for the people doing the brunt work -team leads in warehouses that have little to no big picture thinking -warehouse is dangerous and people do not wear ppe including team leads and managers -managers implement a lot of poor ideas that make work harder just to check box something on their own resume (sometimes check boxing things that didn't even work) -claim disability support but I had quite the opposite experience -claim they support education I had quite the opposite experience -claim they support diversity but I had quite the opposite experience - executive level shows little to negative support / take advantage of suppliers -managers go back and forth on strategy year over year -absurd amount of waste created throughout their processes

Pros

Stuck with them for 7 years because it was good back then. Comp is good, benefits are good, and if you're on campus its a nice experience. If you find the right team it can be a dream, but the flipside can be awful. Overall they have a lack of direction in what is turning out to be a highly competitive market.

Cons

Corporate bureaucracy and internal politics are strong but could be worse. The benefits were better in the past and all the perks are winding down with time as they tighten the budgets and try hard to pivot away from dying segments
