Pros

Great environment, really enjoyed working with most everyone. Good office culture for the most part, birthdays celebrated, pot lucks, and the occasional grill out.

Cons

A lot of politics in management and is clear to employees. Seems that management only cares about numbers and making themselves look good to owners.

It was a paycheck and nothing else

Cons

Management in fresno office is shady. Will promise company vehicle and gas card that will never materialize. Machines in the area are falling apart and used parts are passed off as new.
