Bad Management - Sales Account Executive Image 2000 Employee Review

This company has a high turnover rate, and it makes sense why. In the Lakewood location they have the worst management I’ve ever experienced. They do not assist the sales reps in any way or matter, and essentially want you to make something out of nothing developing business relationships with C Suite executives in a matter of 1 month. There is no upfront process during the interview stating any of this, or discussions about performance plans they put in place to let you go as pleased. I would not recommend this “job” to anyone. I have worked for bigger companies who never treated their employees this way, so my experience was not the question. Management has no backbone, and wont go to bat for you, unless you’re “favored” and there is a lot in that room. They even offered a 500 severance for me to stay quiet, but some things are more important than money.
