you may possibly find some good coworkers but thats it. pay is below average for what youre doing. someone doing less at a different company gets paid at least $10 more

genuinely this company does not care about their employees. they do not give them the recognition they deserve and they dont show any appreciation. you feel replaceable because you are. if you think fighting for yourself gets you anywhere it really doesnt because it then gets turned back onto you. they play lots of favoritism and only look out for upper management. if youre not in upper management good luck. i dont even know if the ceo is aware of his own managers behaviors, and if he does that is very unfortunate
