      Pros

      Mammo and Ultrasound work closely together, which fosters a sense of community within the imaging center. I was able to train into the field just out of x-ray school and within a year became a Tech II and doing biopsy as well. I enjoy my job very much. Leadership here is incredibly supportive of family emergency situations, which is important to me as a Mom.

      Cons

      The company relies too heavily on the concept of LEAN, which is helpful in certain industries, but in healthcare can be repetitive/redundant.

      Can work anytime you want, just need to ask for the open shift and see if you are able to obtain it.

      Cons

      Random amounts of shifts you can get, and be specific with your words on when you can work.

      you may possibly find some good coworkers but thats it. pay is below average for what youre doing. someone doing less at a different company gets paid at least $10 more

      genuinely this company does not care about their employees. they do not give them the recognition they deserve and they dont show any appreciation. you feel replaceable because you are. if you think fighting for yourself gets you anywhere it really doesnt because it then gets turned back onto you. they play lots of favoritism and only look out for upper management. if youre not in upper management good luck. i dont even know if the ceo is aware of his own managers behaviors, and if he does that is very unfortunate
