Pros

Besides the awesome residents there’s not much to say

Cons

The pay isn’t worth the amount of work they expect ... no teamwork.. management doesn’t do anything, same as Lpns who don’t even acknowledge the residents... terrible place

Pros

People here are generally very kind and helpful. The culture is positive. It's easy to find a friend at work. Earned PTO, access to amenities on campus (gym, pool, discounted massages, etc.) are all nice.

Cons

It's a relatively small company (roughly 350 employees) so the insurance rate seems excessive. HR can be a little abrasive but it's nothing personal.
