Observations - Administrative Assistant Immanuel Living Employee Review

People here are generally very kind and helpful. The culture is positive. It's easy to find a friend at work. Earned PTO, access to amenities on campus (gym, pool, discounted massages, etc.) are all nice.

It's a relatively small company (roughly 350 employees) so the insurance rate seems excessive. HR can be a little abrasive but it's nothing personal.

Great place to work as a nurse.

leadership tends to change at the mid level
