Give techs truck regardless of profession licenses

Cons

No work, get 15-20 hours a week tops, cut departments, okay with people only doing mediocre work, won’t certify anyone, no support from anyone in management positions, doesn’t hold anyone accountable not even themselves, hard work gets no reward, terrible turnover
