      A lot of nice folks work there.

      Cons

      Poor management, heavy-handed management from corporate, mediocre pay, expensive benefits, nepotism, extremely disorganized, lack of direction, unable to use/embrace technology, out of touch with reality, and they cling to employees who are a cancer upon the company while firing the real rock stars who make things happen. Overall, they just don't take good care of people.
