Pros
Mostly everyone here is nice and honest. There are also a fair amount of opportunities.
Cons
They have a lot to work on. They are a contract company, so I'm not sure how much of their behaviors are dictated by their clients, but in my experience HR did several things I was not happy with, including pressuring me to accept the job offer, which is a really big decision. Nobody should be pressuring you to accept an offer. Benefits are just okay, and they frequently change their providers.
I actually had to elect my benefits twice, which was a huge inconvenience.
Overall, they can be disorganized and not the best communicators. They also put some crazy clauses in their bonus structure and parting documentation. I've never heard of a company threatening to make you use your own vacation during your last days there rather than paying it out...
