Cons
There are bucket full of downsides of IQA. IQA concludes all the bad adjectives in this world. From CEO to Managers , all are cheaters. No Projects in the company,Stagnant growth,You can find people wasting their time all around.They hire people just for the sake to fill vacan seats with no roadmap and hence firing is what they find an easy go to! CEO has nothing to do except poking his nose in other people biz and disturbing employees by jumping into their private conversations. Manager is for namesake with just a title and no engineering behind.She has got all engineering that revolves around her cosmetic self.She leaves no opportunity to be an attention seeker followed by the HR. In a nutshell, the company is a joke in its name with no IMPACT to QA practices!!
