* The HR policies of this organization are not good, on top of it they have a very poor HR representation. Instead of resolving problems and finding solutions, the HR manipulates the situation. * This organization does not value your work and they treat their employees like a commodity. * There is a lot of politics and favoritism in this place, the policies change from people to people. * Company has no good projects and there is no scope for any kind of development of an individual in terms of skills * In all the environment in this company is not healthy with too much politics, employees often feel demotivated and discouraged. * My advice to people is not to join this organization. As your talent won't be appreciated here and you can not grow here neither professionally nor personally. * HR is very lazy and you need to go again and again to clear your small doubts. * There are deduction in salary with no clear intimation.
