      In the rise of Covid-19 where big giant companies have been laying off their employees, ImpactQA is hiring more people and giving opportunities to tech talent. I truly feel grateful to be a part of this organization as I feel 'secured' working in this company. Some frustrated people have written such bad statements about this company, but the real truth is that this company always acts in the interest of the employees. Team support and motivation is all we needed in such critical times and our team leader is always there to back us up.

      Pros

      I would like to commend the sincerity with which the Finance Head and his team have worked in ensuring that the finance department is run with the best-in-class efficiency, integrity , competency and empathy. I wish the Finance team all the best. Please keep up the great work of maintaining the firm's lifeline.

      Great work culture with a supportive and healthy environment. The company provides excellent opportunities for skill development and learning new technologies. There is minimal hierarchy, making communication with leadership easy and encouraging collaboration across teams. Employees get great exposure to real-world projects, ownership of work, and continuous professional growth. The team is friendly, approachable, and always willing to help.
