some of the co-workers are nice, that's it.

Poor Management-Insentive, vindictive, no communication skills at all, sneaky, lack compassion and understanding for employee personal life. poor Training-Provide 2-3 weeks of training and then feed you to the wolfs, and when you don't performed on their standards they formulate lies to HR to get you fired No room for growth- you will be a door knob at the company. The only way you will advance is if you kiss their butts and let them use you like a slave. No work Balance
