Pros

Impellam give employees a reasonable work life balance.

Cons

Impellam do not pay the market rates for roles or provide annual pay increases. They do not have an adequate HR team and do not deal with grievances appropriately. They do not invest in staff training. They do not value long standing service.

Responds fast to applications. Sets up interview and gets you started working quickly

Cons

You'll have clocking in and out at the time clock at work and then have to manually enter your work hours on their website
