Pros
Leadership is genuinely open to gather and act on employee feedback. Benefits are good and are actively being improved. Many/most employees have the option of flexible or remote work. Focus on wellbeing and diversity. The people I've worked with are sharp and eager to get things done. My onboarding was well done, with ample opportunities to meet people from across the organization. Clear appetite for process improvement, simplification, and better use of technology.
Cons
The organization is quite complicated, and it can be difficult to form a clear and comprehensive picture of it as a new employee. My onboarding process did a pretty good job of addressing this, but I still think it could be more crisp. Some organizations and geographies are operationally siloed & inefficient. There are ongoing efforts to address this, but it's a big hill to climb.
