Great organization with lots of additional programs you can participate in and great co-workers

Cons

Lack of trust at CFO level. Very concerned about making sure they cover their backs and no concern for who they through under the bus to do it, and the teams see and feel it. Wants to micro-management very seasoned VP's and directors, which is not needed - they were promoted or highered because they know what they are doing. Very high turnover for such a small population first 6 months of the year as a result of this individual. Absolutely loved all other VP level leaders and CEO. It was a pleasure working with them. But one bad apple can change everything.
