Imperva has gone through a significant amount of change to transform our business for profitable growth. We recognize that change is not easy. Our goal is and has been to undertake this journey in a manner that builds a culture of transparency, inclusion, collaboration, and communication. We have encouraged and continue to embrace diverse perspectives from our employees to help shape the future of Imperva. For example, we’ve implemented an open and transparent communication system where employees have many opportunities to participate, contribute and provide feedback on all of our key company strategic initiatives and priorities. We hold weekly internal forums and “Open Door” leader chats, and quarterly All Hands – and also issue NPS surveys for all events to ensure we capture valuable inputs and feedback. Through our transformation, we have appointed some new members to our leadership team from varied backgrounds and who bring a diverse set of perspectives. The CEO Staff consists of members from the prior leadership team, some promoted internally, some hired externally with no prior relationship with the CEO, and some externally who have worked with the CEO. As a leadership team, we remain committed to building an open, transparent and inclusive environment for all employees.
