-Pass the Potato- If you are a worker scared of being taken advantage of Management will pass down the work in a heart beat -"One Imperva" = one individual in every department doing actual work -Way too many meetings and no work gets done -Everyone is Junior; nobody knows how to turn this business around -Post layoffs and there isn't a single person who isn't looking or ready to leave -Zero understanding of marketing and sales support - CEO Loses his temper and is a notorious hothead This place will not get better. It will only get worse. Maybe in 3 years when there is another turnover.
