CEO is changing the company culture to do the right thing and be transparent. He believes he is positively moving the company in the right direction.
Cons
Some of the products developed over the last three years missed the mark for SaaS offering. Imperva R&D can’t pivot quick enough to correct, and nobody in that area listens to the field Reps and SEs. Furthermore, the comp plan has changed to where you need to sell three times more subscription product to make your number. And everybody is told this is life: accept it or get out.
