Impetusit is one of the very few organizations which specializes in java and java candidates. As they specialize in Java candidates I chose to go with them as they had repetitive clients I was fortunate to work through them for 3 years and had my visa processed through them and approved. I was evaluated and tested before I was sent to the market. Timely payment and upfront representation to excellent clients was there. Market conditions make firms go through up / down cycles fortunately i did not face those conditions. I was always paid on time and they provide full medical dental coverage and have a 401k plan too I will recommend them to any firm trying to hire java resources or any candidate wanting a java career. reviews negative or positive have people assuming things. Bad reviews are written by disgruntled employees who have done something and something was done to them in return. For regular people who want to get a good break in Java and work at good clients I vouch for this firm as I have worked for them for 3 years.

They only work with bigger clients so you might not get large number of calls and they dont work with smaller clients so you will not get into startups ifg that is where you want to go.
