Pros

Remote work No cost Insurance Option The team leads are great and work hard to support the team

Cons

Management used to focus on quality, but now only worries about numbers. They make promises only to lie and gaslight. New leadership joined with a “No Bad Dogs” attitude, but let people go without warning or PIP. Leadership removed Directors and teams without any thought or consideration as to how the work would continue. They expected other small teams to learn and absorb the work without support or a pay increase. Customer Support is not supported within the company. The team referred to ourselves as a support team while management always referred to the team as a “Call Center”. The team is so much more than a “Call Center”. The Customer Support team has to support multiple brands, all with different nuances while being fully micromanaged. Customer support tools are obsolete and are not a priority. Customer Support is not treated as part of the company. The team is not included in company meetings or outings. Leads and supervisors are included, but the team is excluded from everything, including swag. The company was given swag, including new employees, but the customer support team was excluded. Promotions are only for friends and yes men. New leadership was brought in and with them came an influx of their friends and past coworkers. The company asks for feedback via surveys. Many do not reply or do not tell the truth because they are afraid of retribution. Instead of a pay raise, Imprint provided options and referred to everyone as owners, which felt great. However, once you are no longer employed by Imprint you lose those options. Doing the work of 3+ people is considered “meets expectations” and is expected as a bare minimum. They finally added Human Resources, but the new HR team does not put much priority on treating people humanely...

Pros

he company operates in a fast-paced environment that encourages adaptability, problem-solving, and continuous learning. Leadership is approachable, and there are opportunities to contribute beyond the traditional scope of the role. The culture values collaboration, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships across departments.

Cons

As with many growing companies, priorities can shift quickly, which sometimes creates ambiguity and requires frequent reprioritization. The pace may not be ideal for those seeking a highly structured environment, and workload can fluctuate during busy periods.

Pros

The people: The team is genuinely brilliant but also kind and willing to help. Autonomy & ownership: High autonomy and real ownership from day one. If you're a builder who can navigate ambiuity and figure things out without a playbook, you'll thrive. You're trusted to own your work end to end. The mission: Tackling a space that's been dominated by legacy players. It's exciting to build something modern in an industry that's overdue for it.

Cons

If you don't enjoy working through ambiguity, you'll find the environment challenging. Very rarely are things spelled out in a way that can we worked through like a checklist. The pace and volume of work can feel chaotic if you get sucked in to just putting out fires and not building systemic fixes.
