Pros
awesome office culture, great people and teams, fantastic focus on their most important asset the customer. Executive staff is very competent and involved in the day to day workings.
Cons
Kind of political in the upper levels of management, a lot of managing up required here. Also no clear opportunities for career advancement as the company ages they seem to hire more and more from the outside.
