Good benefits and PTO options.

Cons

Felt outdated, like working for a company that was stuck in the early-2000s. Lack of risk taking and innovation. Innovation isn't rewarded. Lots of silos and competition among teams to gain attention/favor from higher ups. Managers overwhelmed and disorganized. Owners not interested in investing in company/employees/products.

Was laid off during COVID unfortunately.
