Think twice - Anonymous employee Imprivata Employee Review

Too much managing up to do and very little autonomy for employees. Upper management has little idea on what is actually happening. Lots of finger pointing promotes a culture of fear. Long hours with little appreciation. Lot of turnover. Little concern about their employees, no support to employees. Employees have little opportunity to expand and grow. So far disappointing.
