Growing rapidly (mostly a good problem to have) has lead to inefficiencies which are not quickly/easily fixed. Transitioning into a larger company has slowed down product-specific innovation as the core value proposition has shifted to interoperability between products. While this is an overall win for value over time, it can sometimes frustrate employees and customers alike who have worked on/with a single product for a long period of time.
