2yThank you for the feedback. Metrics on activity are an important aspect of sales, they always have been, and KPIs are not intended to make reps feel micromanaged. Reports from Salesforce and other tools, keep both the manager and reps apprised of daily activities. Reports sent on Saturday were due to the auto setting, which was addressed and corrected to avoid any reporting over the weekend.
