      Pros

      Good CEO - great culture and products. Also the company has big upside in their core market of healthcare technology. The people are really nice and the atmosphere is great.

      Cons

      Risk of being a one-trick pony with OneSign as the key product but the new product, Cortext, shows lots of signs of promise.
