Moreover, many middle managers or department leaders often engage in gaslighting during meetings, contributing to an uncomfortable work environment and hindering collaboration. Imprivata offers limited career growth opportunities. There seems to be a misalignment with their stated company values of integrity, courage with convictions, and customers for life through positive outcomes. It's regrettable because the products they create add substantial value to their users and the industries they serve.
