Pros

Helps communication skills for anyone wanting to pursue a sales career that's it.

Cons

Pay is bad it's only 10.00 hr. The bonuses are b.s. honestly; that's just how they recruit people because by law they don't have to pay you the bonuses. I found that out the hard way. I generated 50,000 $ for the company and never received my 500$ check out of it. The management is twisted if you decide to work for them just keep account that there's a possibility you will not receive all the money your entitled too.

Pros

The culture is very fun and uplifting, we all have goals, and everyday is a chance to get better, the camaraderie is great, we all make jokes with each other and we have teams nights so even tho we all started as strangers we’re all a very close and tight nit group

Cons

Knocking doors that’s the only con just because it’s an entry level position but I believe it’s apart of the process to have a career and be something more for yourself within the company, because we like to grow from within and the company just keeps growing
